posted on by Lynzee Loveridge
If you've got a burning question for My Hero Academia creator Kōhei Horikoshi, now's the time to ask. The manga creator is taking questions on Twitter with the hashtag "#堀越耕平先生に聞いてみよう" (#Let's Ask Kōhei Horikoshi-sensei) as part of a promotion for the upcoming My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: Futari no Hero theatrical release. Fans can ask questions until the clock ticks midnight on June 5.
Horikoshi will answer selected questions on the "Power Push" page on Comic Natalie.
My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: Futari no Hero will open in theaters in Japan on August 3. The film will take place "overseas," on a giant manmade floating movable city called "I Island." The film will take place after the Final Exam Arc, during "another summer" during the "Forest Training Arc." In addition, the film will show the "younger days" of All Might.
Horikoshi will attend this year's San Diego Comic-Con event, his first professional North American appearance. Horikoshi will participate in a My Hero Academia panel discussion along with several voice actors including Christopher R. Sabat (All Might) and Justin Briner (Deku). He will also participate in Viz Media's Shonen Jump panel and two autograph sessions.
