Assassination Classroom Gets New 3DS Game in March

Bandai Namco Entertainment announced on Monday that it will release the Ansatsu Kyōshitsu: Assassin Ikusei Keikaku!! (Assassination Classroom: Assassin Raising Project!! game on the Nintendo 3DS system on March 24, 2016.

The game turns the player into a student in Class 3-E, where he or she has to deal with school events, taking tests, and assassinating Koro-sensei between enrollment and graduation. The player trains with Nagisa, takes on missions with Karma, and interacts with classmates.

The first copies of the game will include download codes for four bonus exclusive 3DS themes and for a dress-up item for Korosensei, inspired by the Kochikame manga's main lead Kankichi Ryōtsu. The "Assassination Classroom 'experience' action" game will cose 5,700 yen (about 4US$7) at retail.

The game's title references Neon Genesis Evangelion: The Shinji Ikari Raising Project and other games in the same genre.
